Fairmont Royal York

My partner and I celebrated our first Christmas together at the Royal York last night. The high-quality customer service was unrivalled. Kevin made our stay very enjoyable. He made sure we had robes, bottled water and an excellent room. Kevin’s astute care to detail and genuine engagement will be the reason we come back.

It’s a nice place to stay ! Staff is polite and location is very nice ! No neeed to tell you the lobby is out of this world !

We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed in the Gold Suite. Very spacious, beautifully decor, comfortable, and magnificent view. I wish google allowed us to post the clips that were recorded of the room and food that we ordered from the Reign Restaurant located downstairs. Everything was delicious. Service was superb. Everyone was very friendly and worked efficiently to assist us with all of our needs. We will definitely return and highly recommend staying at the Fairmont Royal York!

Fantastic hotel. Very classy main lobby and surrounding decor inside and outside. Staff are friendly and maintain all the proper covid precautions. The rooms are basic, but also comfortable and clean. Everything such as toiletries and everyday essentials are available via the concierge. We weren’t able to check out the renowned cafe and restaurant due to the virus, but definitely looking forward to in the future. The Fairmont name doesn’t always mean expensive either. The rooms are definitely affordable and the hotel itself is close to everything a tourist would be interested in seeing while in Toronto.

This place is amazing. If you like old luxury this is the place to go in Toronto. I love how they've updated it but they haven't taken away the little subtleties that make it feel really upscale from probably an art deco era.
