Will you recommend Hyatt Regency Calgary a Hotel in Calgary ?
My girlfriend and I did the midweek stay and spa. What an incredible package. The staff is beyond helpful and kind. I absolutely would (will, if I can!) do this again.

We had a great stay in a beautiful property in the heart of downtown. Bed super comfy and room was spacious. During Covid safe and very clean hotel, very well managed. Everyone made us feel special and welcome at the hotel. Great service!

How did Hyatt Regency Calgary this Hotel served you in Calgary ?
The reception staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The room was clean and well maintained with a very comfy bed and drink making facilities were provided. The bathroom and furnishings were excellent. We stayed 3 nights and will be back.

What could you say about Hotel services provided in Calgary by Hyatt Regency Calgary ?
We had a room on the 21st floor. The view was great. The room was nice. When a room sits empty for some time, perhaps a walk through should be done and a quick dusting and wiping of finger prints (hint TV screen). Wood paneling behind headboard very dusty. Bathroom shelves under vanity had other guests hair on it and very dusty. Chrome shower head needs a good cleaning with good old vinegar to get rid of water spots and chrome shower door tracking needs to be wiped of smudges and dust.Toilet paper is like sand paper. I find for a high end hotel the bedding is made to look crisp and clean, but its cheaply done. Using flat sheets with a duvet sandwiched between them and flat sheets for a fitted sheet. That to me comes across as cutting corners. Lipstick on a pig in away. Staff very friendly, would I stay there again....maybe
