I dealt with Debbie and we could not have asked for better customer service. She was thorough and was able to provide us with a policy for my car and motorcycle for both of us at a great rate. Her guidance step by step was so assuring and helpful. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family, can't go wrong at all. Been unhappy with my current car insurance and she was able to offer me better service at a lower rate. It was easy and seamless. I feel better knowing I have a representative like Debbie behind me, insurance can be a daunting task to figure out what is best for our needs and she just made it so easy.

The best customer service I’ve received from an insurance company and amazing rates for motorcycle insurance! I was very pleased with my overall experience as a client with Riders Plus, however, my review is specifically for the account manager dealing with my case. Not only did Debbie resolve the issue, but the way she handled it deserves recognition. Right from the beginning Debbie was patient, empathetic and understanding. I truly feel that Debbie went above and beyond by using multiple contact methods (email and phone) to ensure she met my needs. Updated January 26: I had to change the address on my bike insurance policy, it was the most easy process. I sent an email to my representative Dorothy, and I received a quick call form her within an hour, no time wasted on the phone waiting for someone to answer me. It was quick, with no time wasted. BTW, online portal is also great, I received my updated insurance slip within seconds! If I get a nice quote for my car I will 100% switch it over to Riders Plus. Great customer service! When I was looking for a motorcycle insurance for my 1st bike I probably spoke to 10 different insurance companies, most of those companies would start a quote process knowing that I only got my M1 license plus the motorcycle security riding school, and at the end of the application they would tell me that they couldn’t insure an M1 rider. It was such a waste of time.. when I called Riders Plus my call was answered within 2 mins, no wait time on hold. The representative was very knowledgeable, we have completed the application very fast and now I can ride my bike. In terms of prices - I got a very dissent quote. Highly recommended!

I initially called to review my upcoming motorcycle insurance renewal. The policy was clearly explained and the rep did provide options that would reduce my premium. She was clear, explained the policy and satisfactorily answered all my questions. A pleasant experience. She then asked if I would like to get a quote on home and auto, which was coming up for renewal as well. I had the time so said sure. I was transferred over to the sales rep, Tania. The transfer was almost immediate and did not have to be put into a queue. She was very professional and pleasant to speak with as well. She went through both home and auto quotes relatively quickly and explained everything in the right amount of detail. She verbally provided me with the quotes and then sent them to my email address which I received in minutes. All in all, a very pleasant experience from start to finish. This has been my experience on previous calls to Riders Plus as well. Thank you and keep up the great work!
