Queen Tour Niagara Falls Tours

My family (me, my husband and 2 kids aged 9 and 11) loved the Queen Tour Niagara Falls Tour. The logistics were straightforward and stress-free. It was easy to book, they communicated well in advance and pick up went to plan. The small tour coach was comfortable and clean and our guide Salvatore was brilliant. Needless to say the falls are spectacular. We spent extra on the boat ride which we all heartily recommend as well. Other stops were beautiful and enjoyable. A great day.

I would definitely recommend Queen Niagara Falls Tour! The entire trip was pleasant and smoothly ran. Salvatore, the tour guide, was charismatic and cheerful, providing facts and jokes the entire trip. You can ask to add events to your schedule (at an extra cost) such as the boat ride, or just explore the town of Niagara, allowing you to do what you want not confined to a strict schedule. Overall, a great experience for my first time to Niagara Falls.

I booked the tour back in April 2017 when I was in Toronto on business trip. Nathan picked me up from my hotel downtown well on time. He's a lovely friendly person very knowledgeable & professional and lovely to talk to. If I ever come again with my family here again I will definitely use his service.

We went on the tour back in July 2019. The tour was great and I would recommend it to anyone. If you are researching Niagara Falls tours, stop and book this one. Here's why you should book with Queen Tours: 1.) the vehicle was nice and clean; 2.) the tour guide was wonderful - he was full of facts and information; 3.) the tour guide provided us with water and snacks along the way, and he gave us just the right amount of time at each stop; 4.) we ordered lunch in advance at a little shop, and it was so fresh and delicious; and 5.) the tour was just the right length - it started early enough that we got back to Toronto in enough time to enjoy a late dinner.

Excellent trip. Salvatore, the guide/driver is really great. He has great tips to share and many interesting facts about the Niagara falls. Tour started in Toronto early in the morning at 7:45 and we were back home at 17:30. All different activities were well timed along the day. Never felt I was wasting time. We also stop along the way even for few minutes to take some great photos.
