Excellent experience! Great room...we got Dulux corner and love the room and the view... Excellent friendly and polite staff...
Two complaints:
1- they don't enforce gym limit... There were 6 people in the gym and Max limit was 4.
2- they change 15% gratuity and $5 delivery fee for room service... But the delivery people don't even enter the room... Every other hotel i know of have waived the deli...

I always enjoy my time at the Pac Rim, but I want to specifically review some of the hotel's staff that I interacted with during my last stay.
